Aspen Real Estate –
Off the Charts.
This was one of the many headlines in the local papers
highlighting the surge in Aspen real estate during 2006. Pitkin
County saw $2.6 billion in real estate sales last year.
Lane
Schiller Properties, as a one person firm, sold over $52 million
the first year after inception. Prior to 2006, Lane Schiller was
a top producer with some of Aspen’s most established real estate
firms. He has been a full-time broker in the Aspen area since
1985. In 1985, there were approximately 120 active brokers in
the area. Today, there are almost 650.
