Lane Schiller founded Lane
Schiller Properties in 2006 and, in his first year, sold
over $52 million. Prior to 2006, Lane Schiller was a
top producer with some of Aspen’s most established real
estate firms. He has been a full-time broker in the
Aspen area since 1985. In 1985, there were approximately
120 active brokers in the area. Today, there are almost
650.
What sets Lane apart from the competition is his
long-term perspective. He has seen the changes and
understands the market. As a small, boutique firm, Lane
Schiller Properties is not about production sales, it is
all about personal service. We do not strive to be the
biggest office in town only the best. Most of our
business comes from satisfied existing clients.

My goal is to find you your Colorado dream property and then

My expertise comes from an extensive real estate and legal
background. A Colorado native, I graduated from the University
of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to joining, Lane Schiller
Properties, I was the broker/owner of Arkansas River Real Estate
Co. in Buena Vista, Colorado. I have 18 years of professional
experience as a real estate agent and/or law office
professional.
I also have an "above and beyond" attitude toward formal Real
Estate education including attainment of the GRADUATE REALTOR
INSTITUTE designation. My motto is "Love what you do, work
harder than anybody else, and success follows naturally".
I love what I do and when not selling real estate, I can be
found skiing, trail running, and mountain biking.

Mark Pisani has been in and around real esate since 1993 when
he was a Mortgage Banker for Banc One. Since then he has
made a number of real estate investments and recently was the
Director of Marketing for Land Title Guarantee Company, where he
wrote a monthly news letter to the Aspen area Realtors on the
state of the market. Born and raised in Larchmont NY, Mark's
education spans the country, receiving his undergraduate degree
from the University of Southern California, and his MBA from
Boston College.
Mark has been providing insight into the Aspen market for the
real estate community and now he looks forward to providing that
same service to you. The Aspen area is an incredible place to
live and has been proven to be a great place to invest. Mark
always puts his motivation and focus to work for his clients,
and he looks forward to putting those skills to work for you.
