Lane
Schiller Properties, as a one person firm, sold over $52 million
the first year after inception. Prior to 2006, Lane Schiller was
a top producer with some of Aspen’s most established real estate
firms. He has been a full-time broker in the Aspen area since
1985. In 1985, there were approximately 120 active brokers in
the area. Today, there are almost 650.

Robert Leavitt

Robert Leavitt has been in the Aspen area since 1989. He has
been buying, selling, and developing properties in the Valley
for twenty years and holds a Colorado General Contracting
license. His experience in the field will help you analyze all
facets of your real estate investment.
Born in Western Massachusetts, he graduated from Harvard College
in 1986 and returned there in 1999 as the head coach of the
men’s rugby team, a position he held for five years.
Rob is also a PSIA certified ski instructor teaching alpine,
telemark and adaptive skiing. He lives on the Roaring Fork River
in Basalt with his wife Erika and two daughters Eden Tess and
Jordan Bee. Most of his free time in the summer is spent riding
a bike or fishing the river behind his house. |

Risoun Gallagher
Risoun has been a licensed broker since 2007. She decided to
embark on a real estate career after investing in several
properties in the Basalt and Snowmass Village area. She lives in
Basalt with her husband Scott and their 2 daughters. |
